♥ Banana Toast

While watching GOOD IDEA, a taiwan show about plenty of DIY things and ways of decorating houses this morning and saw them teaching an easy recipe of banana toast.

Since I'm free so I decided to give it a try. It's been more than a year ago when I baked cakes during the holidays. Just try out how to make mix-fruits cake, banana cake and egg tarts. Remember when I used to stay at my 2nd aunt's house during school holidays, love to help her out in baking. [She's a good cook!]. Later on went to town to get all the ingredients needed and then started baking in the evening.

INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
raisins
peanut powder
sandwich breads
butter
cherries

PREPARATIONS:
1. Mash those bananas[skins removed] with your bare hands in a plastic bag.
2. Add in a little amount of raisins into the mashed bananas and mix them well.
3. Cut the side of the sandwich breads away and then cut according to the shape you
like.
4. Spread the some mixture on the sandwich bread and then sprinkle some peanut
powder on it.
5. Cover it with another layer of sandwich bread and then spread some butter on top
of it.
6. Sprinkle some peanut powder on top of the butter layer again and then baked it in
the oven for about 5 minutes.
7. Decorate the top of the ready made banana toast with some cherries and then it is
ready to be serve.

My special made jellies for dessert..haha! =)
