♥ Banana Toast
While watching GOOD IDEA, a taiwan show about plenty of DIY things and ways of decorating houses this morning and saw them teaching an easy recipe of banana toast.
Since I'm free so I decided to give it a try. It's been more than a year ago when I baked cakes during the holidays. Just try out how to make mix-fruits cake, banana cake and egg tarts. Remember when I used to stay at my 2nd aunt's house during school holidays, love to help her out in baking. [She's a good cook!]. Later on went to town to get all the ingredients needed and then started baking in the evening.
INGREDIENTS:
3 bananas
PREPARATIONS:
1. Mash those bananas[skins removed] with your bare hands in a plastic bag.
2. Add in a little amount of raisins into the mashed bananas and mix them well.
3. Cut the side of the sandwich breads away and then cut according to the shape you
like.
4. Spread the some mixture on the sandwich bread and then sprinkle some peanut
powder on it.
5. Cover it with another layer of sandwich bread and then spread some butter on top
of it.
6. Sprinkle some peanut powder on top of the butter layer again and then baked it in
the oven for about 5 minutes.
7. Decorate the top of the ready made banana toast with some cherries and then it is
ready to be serve.

♥ Sick...
Sick again!! Haiz, really busy people got even no time to be sick and lazy people only will get sick the whole time. Been too free in this holidays and got plenty of time to get sick... [touch wood]. I rather been complaining bored the whole time than getting sick. Feeling not very well this morning...don't know what's wrong with me. And suffered a little bit of stomachache for the whole day. Maybe because of the food and drinks I ate yesterday in Hoover or I ate a peach in the middle of night..erm, considered morning already because it's 1 something. Haha, still haven't sleep althought it's already late at night. Still watching The Gem of Life in Astro On Demand...the long episodes of HK drama.
Then I measured my body temperature, 37.8 degree celcius!! I'm having a slight fever!! Lolz..no big deal but I'm really feeling very sick..argh! Later at night went to clinic and get some medicines. I hate medicines...of course! Who ever will like it?! Remember when I was a kid, I'd learned how to swallow medicine...umm, actually a healthy supplement, Plumball which I got to eat everyday. I almost got choked because I'm very bad in swallowing till now.

♥ A birthday celebration
Usual gathering for our "family" a.k.a my closest friends. Ok, maybe you are blur a bit why I call them "family". Let me explain here, actually we started it during our tuition time if not wrong in form 3. Got this idea popped out in mind and we have Tze Yin as 大姐, Yan Ni as 二姐, me as 三姐, Katrine as 四姐, Rekha as 小妹 and lastly Sarah as our cousin, 表妹. And it's like a trend that we'll celebrate each person's birthday. So today is Tze Yin's birthday. I remembered it the moment I woke up in the morning. Decided not to wish her yet as I thought of throwing her a surprise birthday party but Rekha and Yan Ni wished her already due to my late inform..swt. At 6 something, Katrine and me went to Boutique I & R to get her a dress as her birthday gift. Later on gathered with Rekha and Yan Ni and went to Tze Yin's work place. Sarah is excluded because she's in overseas. Due to Polly Wata's renovation, we got to change to have dinner at Hoover Tea House.
The birthday cake bought by Rekha & Yan Ni.
Birthday girl making birthday wishes..
Birthday girl smiled cheerfully...haha!
Tze Yin & Yan Ni...
Me & Tze Yin...
The waitress got a bad technique of taking pictures...swt. =.="
My strawberry shake... :P
No one touched this plate of peanuts at first but end up into an empty plate later on as we chatted.
Not paying attention in their talking and noticed these grapes for decorations.. [snapped for fun]
Back at home after the dinner... [burp!]
